Our nurses provide a range of medical services, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy.
Our physical therapists work with you to improve your mobility, strength, and balance after an injury or surgery.
Our occupational therapists help you regain independence in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and cooking.
Our speech therapists work with you to improve communication and swallowing abilities after a stroke or other neurological condition.
Our social workers provide emotional and practical support to you and your family, helping you navigate the healthcare system and access community resources.
Our home health aides provide care and assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, oral care, skin care and other hygiene needs.
Eligibility for home health services is dependent on your physician's order and your insurance provider. Our intake department can help you determine eligibility; call (818) 244-2410. We will assist you in finding the right care.
For patients who have insurance, the coverage will vary depending on each individual plan. For patients with Medicare or Medi-Cal, coordination of benefits is arranged through our agency. We will happily assist you with all insurance verification and authorization.
